Background Information:

After eventually finding the way-out of the Zoo, we jumped on the S-Bahn westwards to the Olympic Stadium, to watch Hertha Berlin Vs Borussia Monchangladbach. Tickets were only 19 EUR each and they weren't even the cheapest. (Bundersleague gets my vote on value for money over the Premiership!) We just managed to get inside the ground for kick off, climbing to virtually the back of the North Stand. That said it gave a great view of the stadium and the game. Fortunately the homeside won 2-1 (as I didn't want to see 48,000 angry German fans), and there was very little trouble to note. German football games seem different though. Hertha won 2-1 and instead of walking off the pitch they gave a victory lap around the ground! Furthermore despite the copious amount of beer consumed, everyone seemed remarkably well behaved, (if not a little worse for ware on the train home!)
