FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
How long do websites take to build?
How long is a piece of string! Unfortunately there is no set time a website takes to build. There are many factors that determine the time required to complete a website. Standard websites can be created in approximately 14 to 30 days. Larger and more complex sites can range anywhere from between 30 and 90 days.
How much does a website cost?
Once again it really depends on the size of the website. We don't start work until your entirely happy with mock-up design(s). Typically most websites are charged on either a prearranged set figure, where a half payment is made up front or a set page rate. Page Rate websites can be better suited to small scale websites. Remember, If you are looking for a low budget site then expect a poor site, something we do not offer.
Can you help me sell online?
Selling online can be another important area of your site. We do offer this facility but we specifically specialise in design. The basic level consists of shopping cart and payment method to paypal. More advanced payments methods such as credit cards cost a lot more per month and are more complex to setup.

As always it best to outline your requirements and then let us feedback to you the best way in achieving them.
If I already have a site can you help me improve it?
This is a regular part of what we do. Quite often a clients existing site is in need of a much needed make over. Sometimes they need new content, a new look or simply for the site to load quicker. Just like a shop window, fashions and styles change and your website may need to reflect this.
This is my first website, where do I start?
In the first instance we would meet up to discuss your needs and the best way in achieving your aims. We would take this information away and create and series of designs around your specification. Only when you are completely happy with the look and direction of your site do we start the building process.
Do I have any input into the design?
Absolutely. All thoughts and ideas are welcome. As mentioned before, we would sit down and discuss your needs and try and gain an insight into what look your trying to achieve. Often if you have existing business cards and brochures, these can be good leads and helpful resources. Of course if you don't have those, we can help you create them as well!
