24// Potsdamer Platz , Berlin

Hallo und willkommen!
Potsdamer Platz, was little more than a grass wasteland some 16 years ago, marking what was part of the infamous death strip. The transformation since then has been remarkable. Not only has this famous Berlin thoroughfare risen again, its buildings have gone above and beyond, reshaping the heart of Berlins skyline. Two solitary pieces of the old wall remain as reminder of the past, but are now dwarfed by the surrounding area. The Sony Centre is probable best viewed at night, allowing the many lights to bounce and reflect the array of colours around the glass buildings. Modern Berlin at its finest.
