Last day and time to say arividerchi. Having left the apartment at 10.00 we wondered from café to café soaking up the last of the Italian sunshine. Having endured the bus trip to Amalfi, we travelled back in the comfort of a taxi to the airport. The Driver, Anthony, a friendly native with good English ensured a pleasant and informative trip back through the
Amalfi hills.

The late evening flight also provided a great view of the Volcano that looms large over the bay of Naples, a stunning if not frightening view in the late summer sunshine.
